Well,
So far i've passed all courses from this semester, and I am starting my stats class today (3rd time taking...hopefully I pass this time
).
Hubby and I just moved into a new apt, its smaller...and not as nice as the last one, but we have our own entrance, which will keep Jalapeno happy.
I don't have much to write about, haven't been on tribe in awhile b/c I still have no cable/internet at home...

...I'm tired, have a headache and have been working on my patient research for about 3 hrs.
I'm still looking up meds which isn't going to well..it seems my deck of med cards is lacking the ones I need...or I just can't find them. I try to find them online..but can't find all of the info I need, so I will have to look them up tomorrow which will get me into
with my instructor.
I'm going to eat and take a break...I still have to look over catheter insertion, my patient may have a UTI...and isn't voiding alot so I may have to do one of those tomorrow :S scary!!
(read more)Well to be honest I'm surprised i'm still doing this thing! Last week wasn't the best but I still lost. I had quite a few slips, I had hamburger gravy one night (hubby loves it), swiss chalet yesterday, a cheeseburger another night, chocolate etc. However I have still lost......................

I ate kindof unhealthy for my supper lastnight, and couldn't keep my hands off the brownies. Today I got home and munched away on chips! I"m trying to drink 4 L of water today...and hope that will help...but if not I still have the rest of the week.
Okay, so I weighed myself today and I'm down 6 lbs. I was up over the weekend at least a pound ...but I was able to lose it. That was the longest first week ever!!
My measurements are:
B:39.5
H:44 (lost 1 inch)
T:41.5
W:36.5 (lost 2.5 inches
)
Anywho...gonna keep at this. My craving for fast food is dying, yesterday wasn't too good b/c I got into the candy my husband was eating...and I tried to eat another 100 cal choco bar, but I forced myself to put it back and ate an apple instead.

Thats right! I have lost more weight!!!!! I am down 6.6 lbs so far this week...and my 1 week weigh in isn't until Monday. It sounds like i'm losing alot (cuz I am) but I have lots of water weight to lose, and fatties always lose more their first week or two. My goal for this week was 2lbs...and I have exceeded that.
I'm not being unhealthy...just cut my cals in half (or a little more then half), drink lots of H20 and eat every 3ish hrs.
Anywho just wanted to share. 
WEll I woke up this morning...and I am down 2 lbs in 3 days
! I didn't have many cals today...not by choice, but I was so busy that I missed a meal (which isn't good), but I had a salad with chicken and a yogurt when I had chance.
Hubby and I went to get food and spent 150 on healthy stuff...I don't know what he's gonna eat b/c he doesn't eat healthy at all.
I'm moody...and completely not fun to be around ...I believe i'm having food withdrawls...lol. I'm so use to eating fast food like 2 times a day...
(read more)WEll today was first day back to class...it was a verrrry long day (9-5), we had a suicide awareness workshop. I have regular classes tomorrow, and start clinical in the hosp. on thursday/friday. So I will be in school 5 days a week, work on saturday, off sunday Until april.
I am going to not procrastinate this semester b/c Sunday is going to be my day for me, and hubby.
Well after a week of not really trying, I gained 1.6 lbs. I really thought I had lost something b/c yesterday I was down .4lbs, ate really healthy, drank 7 glasses of H2O and still woke up today with a gain. 
I'm going to not weigh myself anymore through the week...
