Alright - still prepping on getting the PA and still working on figuring out when I want to get it done (sounds stupid but that's how my mind works). I've read countless posts of healing periods and what not to do and what can be done within the first few days. But my question is geared along with exercising. I'm a swimming yoga practicing runner - which is my weekly base workout (clearly I like cardio).
So how long would I have to abstain for exercising before I can get back to the grind?
I'm new to this world of piercings. Well, sort of new where I'm familiar with it but don't have any piercings whatsoever. Growing up in a family that doesn't condone deterring from the ideal image as a "perfect" child and not a "wild" child, I'm pretty boring. But deep down, I've always had a fascination with piercings and over the years, it developed into genital piercings. It's a little secret that only you and those intimate with you would know - rather thrilling to me. Now I'm at the point where I definitely want to get one and potentially have narrowed it down.
