So it's been over 4 months now since I upsized to a 2 gauge circular barbell PA and pierced with a 6 gauge CBR Guiche. The Guiche I enjoy. It's like a little secret just covered by my sack, the PA however has started to hurt over the last two weeks, so I've been on the fence of retirement. I have since dropped back down to a 4 gauge circular barbell and it is as comfortable as ever. I am looking into changing my Guiche to a 6 gauge curved barbell. This is most likely where my journey will end with the PA and Guiche. I cannot see any upsizing for the both of them, possible new Jewellery.(read more)
It's now been a week since I got my Guiche. Sitting down and walking have been a pain, especially around work, but it's starting to heal nicely. The 2gauge Cricular Barbell for my PA slid in nicely, and my wife loves it. Needless to say, I am very happy with both these piercings.(read more)
Got my new 6gauge CBR Guiche piercing, and upsized my PA to a 2gauge CBB. Love them. Photos to come soon.(read more)
So I have recently contacted my piercer to book in and upsize my PA from a 4gauge to a 2gauge Circular Barbell. I've had the 4gauge for about a year now, and it's been great, but it feels a bit lose, and I think I'm ready to upsize.
What's more exciting, is I have also booked in to get my guiche. I am quite nervous, but also excited to get this piercing. It'll be pierced reusing my 6gauge CBR from the good'o PA days.
Any advice on the guiche, thoughts, or comments on this new journey are most welcome
So this morning when I woke up for work I did not have the intention of going commando. But it all seemed to work out well. I felt good, and thought it would be a great opportunity to take some photos. All other photos are in the gallery.(read more)
So I thought I'd upload more photo's since I haven't uploaded a photo of my Circular Barbell. Let me know what you think(read more)
As the title suggest, it's been a year and five months since I first took a sharp needle to my dick-head and walked away with a PA. From a 8g curved barbell to a 4g circular barbell.
I'm uncut and average size (about 5.5"), so I thought this could be a problem, and that the jewelry wouldn't show as good as some guys that were cut (and possibly more endowed).
I haven't written anything in awhile. Thought I'd just give a little update on my PA Journey.
So, I am now sitting with a 6g CBR in my pants, and I'm looking to upsize to a 4g. I'm thinking I'll stop at 2g, as far as my PA goes. I have to say, personally, the CBR is more comfortable than my 8g Curved Barbell, and 6g Circular Barbell. I think I'm going to stick with the CBR as it's more comfortable for day to day activities, and with extra curriculum activities

Ok, so I thought that I'd share my account of my continued experience with my PA.
Before I got a PA I had seen and read about piercings, so when the PA came on my radar I was curios and taken by it. As I had never had a piercing in my life nor a tattoo my thoughts before the PA were "why would you change your body by putting more holes into it, or poking it with needles". The thought of a PA stayed with me for a while, before disappearing completely.
A year passed and I stumbled across this site. Instantly my curiosity spiked again and I started to research the PA.(read more)
I'm 24 and I got my PA a month ago.
I am uncircumcised, and was pierced at 8g 3/4" with a curved barbell. I had thought about getting a PA a year ago but did nothing about it. It was more like a throw away thought. Then a month ago that thought came back and I talked to my girlfriend about it. She said if I wanted to then I should go and do it, and that she thought it would like nice. So 3 days later, I walked out of the piercing pallor with some new jewels.
It bled the first 3 days, and was tender for a week, but after that, it was fine.
