I think it's great that
Posted on October 18, 2009, 9:18 pmI think it's great that you've been able to stay at home and go to school! My 24 year old step-son is doing the same thing. I think it makes you appreciate your family more. Keeps you grounded, *laughing* no pun intended!
Contrats to you Dixon, how far away are you moving?

Congrats Dixon, Are you the
Posted on October 18, 2009, 11:21 pmCongrats Dixon,
Are you the oldest in your family, the 1st to move out, last, etc? Both my kids are at home and right now in junior college, but even when they transfer, they both want to go to San Jose State and stay at home.
So what's your new life gonna be like? Living alone, having roommates? Apartment, condo?
Well, congrats and enjoy it.

I went on my own when my Mom
Posted on October 20, 2009, 12:28 amI went on my own when my Mom died when i was 21...very scary at first but as you make new successes in your life you become prouder and prouder of yourself and realise that you actually can and will make it on your own terms as an adult...man, I envy you...to a degree!

Quote:Here again Hey Star,
Posted on October 20, 2009, 1:35 amHey Star, good to have you back. I hope you can stay around this time. Last time it seems like you were sick and then back for a day or 2 and then sick again. So this time I want you to stay well and healthy for a long, long while.
