I can only speak for my own experience. getting pierced is not the problem, minimal pain. I had it done at 8ga and a ring was put in. The ring was a pain in the ass literaly. I only lasted two week then i took it out. I simply couldn't walk bow legged anymore. Now on the other side I will get another Guiche they are by far the sexiest piercing a guy could have and I will conquer it. Sensation i will leave to the experts that actiually wear a guiche.

Hey Man, I too am desiring to get a guiche piering; in fact, spoke with my piercer yesterday and will be getting mine sometime after the 15th of July. The only piercing that I currently have is a 4ga PA, which I love. But want to add a guiche piercing for the additional sexual stimulation it brings... The problem that many guys have with a guiche is the lengthy healing process... usually 6 months or longer. There are a number of guys who currently have guiches that hopefully will respond to your questions... Hombre

I don't have a quinche piercing but have thought about it. I don't think waiting 6 months for healing would be something that I would want to do. I also can't get my head between my legs to inspect it as I once could. sls

coyotewild, I have posted a blog on guiches. You might want to read it. Guiches can be a bother in the beginning, but you have to be patient. Let the guiche accustomed itself to your body...The moisture will have no negative effect on the guiche, but sitting will. However, I had five guiches placed at once and that was a slight ordeal. I have now reduced them to three and am about to change gauges. I will use a 6ga 3/8 inch cbr on two--the one in the middle of my perineum and the one above it. The one directly at the base of my scrotum will get a 5/8 in, 6ga cbr. At some point, I will add the two closer to the anus, but that won't be until late next year. Good luck. Gustavo
