about a week or two old, healing amazingly, no soreness or reddness after either!
it looks way better in person, but you can kinda tell in the pic:)

they gave me a little baggy
Posted on October 1, 2009, 9:19 amthey gave me a little baggy of non iodized salt and i fill a dixie cup with warm water and put 1/4 of a teaspoon of the salt into the cup and put the cup over my belly button so it forms like a little suction over it and leave it there for 5 minnutes. but after a while i just cleaned with my contact solution.
