PENIS PUMPING
I get lots of questions every week from my guy friends here that see my pumping pics and want to know more. Well I don’t know what you already know about pumping but I’ll start with the basics.
A penis pump is a cylinder that is fitted over the penis, with a manual pump to create suction. Use baby oil as lubrication over the entire penis and cylinder. As the apparatus creates a vacuum around the penis, blood is drawn into the penis, helping it to become engorged or filled with blood. As the vacuum pressure increases, the difference between the inner blood-pressure and the pump pressure increases as well but be careful because excessive pressure causes vascular damage rather than a harder penis. I leave mine on for no longer than 2 hours at a time.
As you keep the pressure on for extended periods of time, the penis fills and the pressure expands the walls of the corpus cavernosum and thus stretches the inner area of the penis with blood and other fluids. These blood vessels expand over time and thus become larger and able to accept more blood when excited. More blood and fluid in your penis means your penis becomes thicker and longer or overall larger. I will have to say you will loose some sensation at first but it comes back over time. It has also enabled me to last longer for my lover due to decreases in sensation but not to an extreme. Penis pumps, also described as vacuum pumps, have uses in conventional treatment of impotency and prescribed by doctors.
Another useful addition is flexible compression rings, commonly called 
rings. Fitted on the open end of the cylinder, then an erection is created by pumping. Then the rings are pushed by hand onto the base of the erect penis before releasing the vacuum. This restricts blood flow, enabling the erection to be held even in the presence of problems of the vascular or nervous system which would otherwise lead to immediate loss of erection.
In the best circumstances erections can be maintained for a considerable time, but manufacturers' literature recommends that, for safety, rings should be removed after no more than 30 minutes. I have kept mine on for more than 2 hours with not problems.
Pumping must be done very carefully to avoid injury. Over-enthusiastic pumping can burst blood vessels and form blisters. I did this when I first started and it took almost a month to heal the blisters and they were quite painful. It has been reported that in some cases the testicles can be unexpectedly pulled into the cylinder and cause severe pain and injury. It is also believed that the rim of the cylinder can cut into the skin and over time cause damage to the ligaments surrounding the penis but I have never actually seen this.
Scientists Graham Rutherford and Anne Henke have also undertaken significant research in this area, being funded by some of the major names in sexual pleasure toys and they have shown that pumping has led to the strengthening of penis muscles and increased girth and length by an inch or more if used regularly. I started pumping over 3 years ago but I do not do it regularly but I have increased my girth by 1 ½” inches (5 ¼” to 6 ¾”) and length by 1 ¼” (8” to 9 ¼”) but I can reach 10” in length in the pump. When I do get erect it is much heavier, thicker and harder than ever before I started pumping.
I recommend that you buy a good quality pump from eBay. Expect to pay just over $35 or more. Go for quality all the way. I love the results but it can have its drawbacks. A penis that is too large can hinder your woman from making love as often as you would like. Take it from me! I know!
