Should I have a PA AND a Frenum Bth or Just One Piercing?
I have been asked if I would recommend both a PA and a Frenum piercings on the same pe/nis. Here are some thoughts on the subject:
Frenums tend to interfer with a PA piercing, but ask your piercer. The PA piercing should be as low as possible on the back where your frenulum's at. The PA is usually placed alongside the frenulum, never directly on the frenulum, so the PA provides a lot of stimulation to that area as is, and that's really what we are after--extra sexual stimulation for an extra huge orgasm.
I would suggest just the PA piercing. I have tried having both, but they were so close together that the jewelry (particularly the cbr balls) kept pinching my foreskin all the time. So, we redid the PA, moved it up and over a bit. Meanwhile, I lost the frenum! It migrated--this has happened on three occasions, so I think I'll stick with just the PA.
Another highly recommended solution, if you opt for the PA only, is to wear a glans ring (usually a cbr with an inner diameter of an inch or an inch and a quarter--you'd have to measure your glans just past the ridge so the ring is snug behind the ridge). Then be sure to rotate the ring so that the ball on the cbr (which I would suggest you use an 00ga or 0ga cbr)is directly on the frenulum. That will drive you absolutely crazy without any frenum piercing whatsoever.

Interestingly enough, the frenum hole has not closed this time, so I've ordered a barbell to put in the frenum and see if that keeps the foreskin below it. Apparently the foreskin is moving my PA hole up (didn't realize how powerful the foreskin can be) and it is almost horizontal to the peehole!

I have both a Frenum and a PA as well as a few other piercings. So far, there have been no problems whatsoever with the piercings. I feel a great deal of sensation from both my PA and my Frenum. I am going to be getting a Amphallang this coming weekend (Oct. 3). I hope I won't have any problems with that combination. What do you think? Jim (jbilove)

My problem is that all that foreskin of mine gets squeezed inbetween the jewelry and it does pinch, especially as I am walking in front of the class trying to teach trigonometry or College algebra! A typical Mexican, I can't help but use my hands externally to try to get the foreskin out of the way, so my students are used to seeing me grab my crotch to "straighten" things out. Unfortunately, I've had no offers from them for any assistance!!!!

We have recently learned that men with an intact foreskin are more susceptible to HIV. This is not rumor or unsubstantiated noise. The moistness and warmth of that area makes a perfect spot for HIV to live for days. This has nothing to do with the fact that HIV does not live well outside the body, remember, if it is under the foreskin it is still inside the body and can last for a long time. In Africa, all men are Systematically being Circumcised and it is reducing the number of new HIV Infections.
If you are sexually active with more than one partner, I hope you will think again.
Remember, I am Bi so I am not making any statement as to a lifestyle. I just want to make sure that we reduce the rising rates of HIV infection in this country and around the world.
