Recently purchased some new jewelry from Tribalectic with one piece being a 10g 5/8" Circular barbell which ended up being a little larger than I anticipated. I have 2 frenum piercings, on at 12g and the upper at 10g. Ended up changing out the smaller jewelry that was in place for the 5/8". The extra size and weight was great and stimulating.

After wearing it for a week in the upper piercing, was kinda messing around with it because it had slid to one side causing more of the ring to hang rather crooked. So, I got the wild idea wondering what if I pull the CBR all the way to one side, twist it around, and insert the other end with the ball in place into the end of my dick. What a great feeling and gave the "Simulated PA" look. I enjoy a little urethral play anyway, so something inserted into my urethra was nothing new but the feeling was still different. The ball settled into my urethra in that pocketed area at the tip on the underneath side. As you can see from the pics, it does present the look of a PA piercing.
