You are so right Didit. So
Posted on November 11, 2009, 6:27 pmYou are so right Didit. So many men and women, and their families have sacrificed so much. I don't know if we can ever repay them, except to treasured the freedom they fought so hard for.
I tried to hear the song, but I got a message saying the URL is invalid. If you get a chance maybe you could check it out, I would love to hear the song.
And thanks for reminding us what this day is really all about. To all of you who serve, and have served, and to all of those who spend long months alone, holding your family together while your spouse is serving:

Posted on November 11, 2009, 8:19 pmWell stated didit....And way to honor all those special people that have made our freedom and country what it is today...So many times we just take it for granted,,but watch the news and read about our history and stop and reflect on all that our veterans have given up and sacrificed for us and our country!!

Thank you so much for puting
Posted on November 11, 2009, 10:33 pmThank you so much for puting this up. It's nice to know that after 26 years some people think I did a good job protecting our country and it's people. Now if only someone will hire me and give me a chance to prove myself again.

I know I'm late in
Posted on November 24, 2009, 4:07 pmI know I'm late in responding to this, as it's well after Veteran's Day, but I just had to leave you a few thoughts of my own, Didit. Thank you so very much for what you wrote here, because I know all those brave men and women who protect our freedom hardly ever hear any thanks. I'm the proud daughter of a WW2 army air corps veteran, and I'm forever grateful for all of our servicemen and women, past and present. My heart-felt thanks to all of you who gave and continue to give so very much to protect this country.May your dedication, conviction and sacrifice never be forgotten.
