last night, i went to a local place, that is certified by the state health department. so i went with my mom, and boyfriend, and my dad showed up too. so the peircer looked at my belly button and had us fill out all the paperwork and pick out a ring. he brought me back to the room, my boyfriend and mom came back with me too, he cleaned me off, marked the peircing, and i layed down in the chair thing, he clamped me and told me to breath in and then when he told me to exhale he shoved the needle through, it just felt some pressure and kinda felt the needle go through, but it really didnt hurt, just a little minor discomfort, then he removed the clamp, and pulled the jewelry through and it was done!
