As a New Years resolution for 2010 I decided to get a reverse PA. I used to have a Frenum before, but I didn't like it that much. It wasn't very comfortable while having sex and it was uncomfortable for my wife. This time I decided to go for a reverse PA.

I did some research on it, read other peoples experiences and looked at pictures. I just loved the look of it and found it aestetically very pleasing. I also looked for a good piercer in the Houston area and found one by the name of Byriah. He is very knowledgable and takes very good care regarding the proper placement of the piercing. He also recommended to use a curved barbell instead of a ring. Especially since I'm uncircumsized. The reason is that the ring sticks out too much and it would cause a slower healing time due to more friction when wearing underwear and pants. The size of the curved barbell he decided to put in was a 12g and 5/8" long.

When I was lying on the table and he was about to push the needle through the thick of my penis head, he told me to take a deep breath, breath out and relax. While I was doing that he pushed the needle through... It lasted for about 2 seconds and it was a bitch... I uttered one cus word to help relieve the pain. After those 2 seconds and putting the jewelry in, the pain subsided immediately and there was no immediate bleeding. He put gauze around my penis and wrapped it in a surgical glove with an elastic band.

I kept the glove on for one night and there was some bleeding in the morning. Not much, though. I would say half a tea spoon full. I kept refreshing the gauze for the next 4 days. After that the bleeding practically stopped. During the 4 days after that there was sporadic spotting, but nothing to worry about.

The length of the curved barbell turned out to be on the short side. When my penis was flacid both balls were visible: One on top and one out of my uretha. However, when I would get even slightly excited the one ball would disappear in my uretha. In itself that wasn't an uncomfortable feeling, but it put a lot of strain on the other side of the barbell. After a month or so, additional skin started to grow on the top side.

Within the first 4 months I didn't want to change my curved barbell, so I waited. The additional skin became more and more prominent. After 4 months I ordered a longer curved barbell from this website: 7/8". I had it put in by Byriah again. Now after 3 months the additional skin has disappeared. The piercing feels very comfortable with the longer barbell. I love it and I will never ever take it out. My wife also likes it very much: aestetically and while having sex.

While I had my barbell changed out, I decided to get an additional piercing. I decided to go for a Hafada on the right side just above my testical in the natural fold of the skin. Well, getting that one pierced was nothing compared to the reverse PA. It was over in a split second. Bleeding was minimal. Only a very small amount the first couple of hours. After that there was minimal spotting for the next week.

Now I wish I had another Hafada placed on the left side too at the same time. I can't wait to get another one done on the left side.

I love my piercings and I wish I had done it earlier in my life. The reverse PA is in my opinion the best piercing to get by far. I would do it again in a heartbeat. The pain is only 2 seconds compared to years of pleasure.

I'm already starting to think about what to get after my second Hafada. I may just go for another set slightly below the ones I already have. Getting piercings in my genital area is definitely an addiction.

I also want to stretch my reverse PA, but I'll wait a few more months until the area has healed enough. It takes 6 - 8 months to properly heal. My goal is to get to 6g or 4g. My wife also thinks the thicker the jewelry for the reverse PA the better...
