After seeing my belly button piercings my friend decided she wanted to get hers done as well. She asked me to join her so I went with her but I couldn't help but get a piercing along with her. So we went and I hadn't made up my mind about whether I wanted to get the rook or conch on both ears. Turned out the conch piercings would cost me $100 vs. the rook for $60. So as cheap as I am I went with the rook piercing on both ears. I am so glad I chose this one. I love it! It is so cute. Okay back to the story lol. SO she decided to go first and of course, as it is for everyone, it didn't really hurt her at all. Now it was my turn. I have to admit I was pretty nervous about this one since the cartilage is so thick. Well I was right, it hurt. It was nothing close to unbearable but I have to admit that I did make some facial expressions that you could tell I wasn't at my most comfortable lol. But it's totally worth doing. It looks great! For some reason, the second ear hurt more than the first. Only a few seconds of pain though, that's it! I am glad I did it
