So after a ton of research, I finally decided to get my VCH piercing. I found a qualified piercer in San Luis Obispo who is known for his amazing piercing talent. I was super scared about the pain I would experience, so I used some prescription strength numbing cream an hour before the appointment. Once there, he reassured me it was going to be ok and put me right at ease. After checking my anatomy to make sure I was a good candidate, he then cleaned the area and did the markings. Now it was time for the piercing. I was praying the numbing cream would still work, but I was prepared for pain. He placed the NRT (needle receiving tube), told me to take a deep breath, then let it out, at which point he pierced me. I can't believe how easy and painless it was! I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, just some pressure then it was over! He put the jewelry in and it was all done! I LOVE my new VCH piercing, it is so pretty and sexy! I wish I had done this a long time ago. If you are worried about pain I would recommend numbing cream, but I have heard the pain without it lasts only a few seconds but it's intense. Hope this helps and go get your piercing now!
