I had seen a documentary on TV some years back where they showed a PA procedure being performed in close up detail.At that time I decided that there was NO WAY that I would EVER have something like that done to me. Needles down there, “No thanks”.

Some 15 years later my wife said that she thought I would look good with a Prince Albert. Once again, “Thanks, but no thanks”. Soon after that, she had her nipple pierced at WildFire Piercing in Cape Town while I watched. For someone who generally can’t take any pain, she did not even flinch and only knew that it had been done after I told her! This lack of pain got me thinking about getting my own piercing. A week later I had my nipple done and also, hardly any pain. She had her other nipple done at the same time. I then started thinking about getting a PA. After doing some internet research and learning about the sexual pleasures of it and the reports that it is actually less painful then a nipple piercing, I decided to have it done. After speaking to the staff at WildFire, we learned that Lliezel is the only piercer there that does male genitals.

A week after getting my first piercing, we went off to WildFire and said we wanted to get pierced; a PA for myself and a VCH for her. My wife decided that I should go first and I was glad about that just so I didn’t have to wait any longer than absolutely necessary. At this stage I started getting a little nervous. Lliezel is an absolute professional; she explained in detail what was going to happen and really made me feel at ease. She then said the easiest way would be for me to just drop my trousers and have a seat, which I did. After cleaning, deciding on and marking the exit point of the piercing, I leaned back in the chair and closed my eyes. As she went along, she explained exactly what she was about to do and how it would feel. When the needle went in, the (surprisingly mild) pain lasted for not even a second. Pulling the 2.4mm x 19mm ring back through the hole was an uncomfortable feeling, but once that was through, there was no more pain. Lliezel then recommended that I stand or walk as little as possible for the rest of the day. Tissue paper was wrapped around my penis and I stood up and pulled my pants up.

My wife sat down for her procedure, and I felt my leg getting wet. The act of standing up had caused the blood to gush slightly and run down my leg (ergo the earlier recommendation). I sat down again, we rewrapped my penis and put a condom over it to catch any more blood. For the rest of that day and the next, I wore condoms while I was out to prevent any similar incidents. By the end of the second day, there was no more blood at all. My aftercare for the next month consisted of cleaning the area with saline solution twice a day and nothing else apart from normal showering.

I have been quite fortunate with the healing as I did not get any crusties at all or experience any pain around the piercing hole. The only slight pain I did have was when I got erect. The diameter of the CBR was slightly too small to fit comfortably between the hole and the top of the glans where it exited the urethra. When she originally measured, I had ‘shrunk’ quite considerably and this gave a very deceptive appearance of my size. My wife mentioned this to Lliezel about it a week or so later and she said that if it was too painful, I should come back and she would change it, but if possible, wait a month before doing anything. This was not an unbearable problem and I waited the full month. I have now been back and had a 3.2mm x 25mm CBR put in. It is AWESOME! Now I can't wait to upsize again.

I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever about getting my PA and encourage anyone who even remotely has an idea that they might enjoy it, but is not sure, to just go for it and get one!
