About 9 years ago I had a Prince Albert piercing which due to my too soon up sizing migrated . So last year and a lot of convincing to my wife I decided to go for a reverse PA. The first problem was actually finding a piercer to do the job. My original piercer told me that he no longer did genitall piercings and that I should seriously reconsider as the RPA is a dangerous piercing So I scoured the internet to try and find a new piercer and although in the city were I live in Germany there are lots of piercers no one actually did the RPA. Finally one piercer recomended someone who did this piercing in a village outside the city. So I phoned up and made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. I'd read up on the piercing in the internet so I knew roughly what to expect. When I got to the shop I was the only one there as Det, the piercer only did genital piercings outside normal hours. He explained the procedure including complications which could arrise from this piercing and took me into the piercing room. I dropped my pants and sat on the cheer. Det cleaned the area to be pierced and noticed where my Original PA had migrated. This however proved to be an advantage as he was able to use a clamp to make sure the hole was centered properly.
He told me to take a deep breath and let it out slowly, my Original PA was done free hand and over in a second with no pain, this however was not. It probably only took a couple of seconds but seemed to go on for ever and the pain oh the pain. Just as I was about to scream out STOP! it was over
I looked down and had a shiny new ring in my there was hardly any bleeding and I was really happy with the result. Det packed it with a bit of bandage and wished me better luck with my new piercing. The next day it bled a little but after that no more problems. It took about 6 months for the piercing to completely heal and I now wear an 8gauge CBR. And no the wife dosen't regret it also managed to talk her into letting me get a set of Dydoes, but thats another story
