After wanting a clit hood piercing for a good few years, I finally had the balls to do it, and I couldn't be happier!! I've had nipple piercings in the past, and I was prepared for this to hurt more than they did. I found a reputable piercer and booked my appointment for ASAP, I knew if I had to wait a long time I could end up backing out.
I got to the studio, we went over consent forms and procedures, I laid on the couch and spread my legs, he cleansed me down and I laid back waiting for the pain! I felt a large pinch, and it was done!
i am so new to this and need help.. i have no piercings but for the last week i just feel like getting a vch. coming up on my 13th wedding anniversary and thinking out the box..any good shops in nyc
Well girls, I did it. I considered getting a VCH piercing a couple of years back and then just forgot about it. I woke up last Monday morning and decided I am doing it, period. I decided to get it done on 12/12/12 at 12:00 (cheesy) and am I ever glad I did!! First of all, most people are concerned or anxious about the "pain". This did NOT hurt. I swear to you there was a pinch for less than 1 second and that was all. I think PAP smears are more uncomfortable. I think getting ears pierced hurts more because they feel all burning hot afterwards....the VCH did not.
Yesterday I finally pierced my hood. I have to say I was literally thrown to the fire in regards to it. Since I had already planned to get it done, my sister took it upon herself not to tell me when she was going to take me to Piercing Experience in Atlanta, Ga while I am visiting her.
We are running errands and she suddenly stops in the middle of the street and states " the place is over there now get out!" For a moment I sat staring at her in shock, then got out of the car. I thought oh my goodness she is not going to leave me in an area I am not familiar with!
Just like everyone else I was pretty damn nervous about getting my hood pierced. I worried about everything, the pain, if it was pierced right and so on. I did a lot of research prior and even contacted elayne angel herself for some advice. I finally found a good shop to go get pierced, I've been there prior for tattoos and it was a clean sterile place with friendly faces. I got the guts and the money and made the appointment with her today this Saturday. First I didn't think I was anatomically big enough to be pierced because I don't have a large hood to begin with.
I wanted to get a piercing really bad and I didn't know what I want. I like tattoos a little better so I was really nervous. After months of thinking I decided on a VCH I checked with the boyfriend first to make sure he wasn't going to be nervous . I did a lot of research and checked with local tattoo shops cause I really wanted a female peircer but found out the two female ran shops don't pierce genetelia . So I finally decided to go to the shop that does my tattoos Tattooing U in Charlotte,NC &I couldn't be happier its been 6 weeks and I love it.
After a great deal of research I finally got my vch piercing! My best advice is if you want one find out who to go to in your town, ask lots of questions and get it done. I'm not going to lie it fricken hurt like hell but only for literally 5 seconds. It was tender for a few hours later but it felt more like a bruise. Because of my anatomy which is slightly assymterical my piercing sits a little more to one side but nothing really noticeable. I got my piercing done at Black sheep in Windsor, Ontario by Chris after several recommendations. He was amazing and very professional.
First, let me say thank you to everyone here who has shared her experiences. They helped me a lot in getting this done. Having my hood pierced was the first piercing that I ever considered, post my ears, but I didn't have the nerve. I started simple and got my belly button done and then graduated to getting my nipples done(those took two different tries [1st set closed up had to redo] before I could keep them).
For my vch I went to VodouTattoos in Pasadena, MD.
Last night I experienced a blow to my new Piercing, two weeks will be Saturday. I sure do hope that this is not going to be an on going thing after healing, afterall I have a 4 year old that has been a perfect aim for about two years on male and female competitors. Lol I do advise any one who gets this piercing (wear a cup) pwahaha be very cautious and gaurd yourself with fast reflexes which I didn't seem to have that day.
