i'd heard stories about it being slow and painful, but i went to Next!

Well, I've wanted this done for awhile, and although my moms pretty cool about signing for my piercings and tats she wouldn't even hear it bout my septum. So since my 18th was on a Sunday I went the day after with 2 friends. The place I was going to go charged S30 so thats what I had on me, we get there their closed even though I had called and they said they'd be opened till 9. So I go to another place I'd been before they charged S40 so I had to bum some money from my friend I was short a buck. Thank god my sister is friends with the owners.

Hm. You see I was a stupid one. I hate my sudden wants and desires of a new piercing. So i went and got some pliers from my basement. Got a small saftey pin and a washcloth and went to my room. This was a stupid idea. I cut the end part of a saftey pin and i burnt it in flame then cleaned it off. I froze my nose. stuffed the wash cloth in my mouth. and started to stick the pin through my septum. It was simple. I got half way through and i couldnt get it any farther. so i got up and looked in the mirror. laughed cause i had a pin half through my nose. Then i pushed it through farther.

i have wanted to get my septum pierced for about 2 years now- unfortunatly, my mom hates them and most of my friends gave me constant greif about it- "ewwww, colleen, their ugly, youll look like a bull!" 1st off, i think their beautiful, and thats all that matters, 2nd- im a taurus... i am a bull. its only apprpriate to have myself a little bull ring, right?

I got my septum done yesterday. i was so nervous i thought i was gonna hurl. i go in and she digs her fingers in my nose to see if my septum was deviated or not. it was slightly she said but alot of peoples are like that... she cleans me up. she looks up my nose and marks where she wants to pierce it. she puts the clamp in my nose and adjusts it to get the piercing straight. she puts the needle in the barrel and told me to close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing... when i took a breath in she shoved it through. i know it sounds like bs but i swear to god it didnt hurt at all.

Okay..so this all started when I wanted to get a labret. Been wanting a labret for 5 years but never got around to it. But my 18th birthday was coming up so I thought to myself that this was my chance. So I researched more about it and after awhile I decided not to get it because I don't believe I can afford the gum recession and the rubbing on my teeth. So that bummed me out. Instead I thought to myself that I should get a septum piercing. I took into consideration that being born in the year of the Ox could be atleast one good reason.

Getting Pierced is always a fun experience for me. I love the thrill. and of course, It always looks awesome.I had always wanted to get my septum pierced. so after really thinking about it I decided to go for it!

Just got my septum pierced like an hour ago or so and it doesn't hurt at all...For you people who want to get it get it i'm telling you it is worth the money and the time well haha there wasn't really any time and didn't cost that much because my family knows the piercers....It did bleed or nothing..So please if you want it get it

My least painful piercing tied with my bridge. This was piercing #5 and i was still scared. I had heard horror stories. All of them were unfounded in my case because i didnt feel a thing. i went from sitting there scared to death and then looking down my nose at a needle and cork and completely relieved that i hadnt felt a thing. i think my adrenal rush of fear numbed me better than any novacaine.
