My septum ring is my favotite piercing that i have. it follows the shape of my nose and really compliments my face. in my opinion i find this piercing very tolorable and quick to heal. it was comparable to ear cartilage. i've had it for 4 years. completely worth it. i even did it myself. awesome.

i got my septum pierced about an hour ago. it's been like three years i really wanted it, but i was waiting till i got 18 years old so my mom wouldn't have to sign papers or anything. in the last months (i turned 18) the idea became stronger, but i was really worried about losing my job (i work on a public library). anyway, yesterday i decided to finally do it, while i'm young and kinda crazy and i thought it would turn out very girlie.

my septum-ive wanted it done for like 2 years and my mom always said no.(im only 15 so i need her to sign for me) so we go to the place and i talk her into saying yes. so i go back and my sis gets her lip done. then its my turn. and i start to freak out because my friend said she knew a girl who passed out from it. so i started to change my mind. then my piercer talks me back into it. he starts by cleaning the inside of my nose and putting numbing stuff on it. which was kind of nasty feeling. then he put clamps on which made my eyes water alot. then he counted to 2 and pierced on 3.

I went to go with my friend to go get a piercing today , I wasnt planning on getting anything but I did . I had been wanting my septum pierced for awhile so I couldnt resist. So after all the paperwork and everything we went back to the piercing area and she started to clean my nose . which was awkward , but funny. After all the cleaning and finding the sweet spot , we got the piercing going. I was really nervous and she had me doing the breathing stuff . I was really nervous and was expecting a lot of pain. But it wasnt as bad as I thought.

This was my 7th professional piercing[lip,labret, madonna, both eyebrows, Madison and now Septum]while I had done my ears and stretched them myself, and both sides of my nose.I went down to the piercing place around 5 or so with my best friend Chris. It was the second time I went there to get pierced. I like that place better than where I used to go becuase it is cheaper and the guy is a good piercer also.I walked in and only waited 5 minutes. Then Tim told me to come in and I told Chris to come in too. Tim also pierced my Madonna 4 weeks ago.I walked in and hopped in the chair.

I got my septum pierced at Unusual Expressions in LeRoy, Minnesota on Friday, October 17th. When I got there I had to wait a few minutes for the piercer dude to come in, and when he got there he asked what guage I want it pierced at, 14 or 10. I picked 10 because I wanted a bigger guaged piercing. He cleaned it with some wipe thing, I forgot what it was, then clamped it. The clamp HURT. I heard the clamp is usually the worst part so I was guessing the worst was over. I was wrong.

I had my septum pierce but i took it out because i was bored one day. I did a mistake because i really missed it!!! I had it for 4 months.. and now, 6 months after i took it out, i get it done again!! I got it done with my 12g sss retainer. My piercer, Pascal at Tattoo Compris at Quebec City did it as perfectly as he did it the first time!! I got it done on October 2. (It is 2 days old) It hurt but the pain was tolerable. I loved to feel the needle go through my nose. I just can't wait to have the funky smell again :)You can email me if you have any question! (In English or French)

So i went in to get my septum peirced yesterday (finally!). Taking a bunch of my friends because what fun is it without them, i walk in and ask for nicc who i know does excellent peircings. After waiting for lisa to find him and looking through the photos of peircings he comes over and asks how he can help us. I immediatly say that i'm the girl that called about a septum peircing. turns out that they only have one retainer left, 16 gauge. i had kind of thought about a bigger one, but hey it was cute. so then we go to the peircing room.

All my pericings have been home jobs so I never been a peircing shop so thats pretty comfy to be at someones casa like that.Well I talked to people I knew or got to know and my septum cost me only 10 bucks! whata steal! and yes....yes it did hurt lol not a bit it hurt more than a tounge,monroe as for nipples...well there in a pain of there own. I had my left nipple done first and found out it was done crooked so my pericer said he could re-do it...hmm yeah that hurt wayyy more than the first time...and i said fu*k it do my right titty too! so yay!

I have wanted to get my septum peirced for about a year now. I never actually thought I would get it done. I have heard from a lot of people that septums are the most painful peircing. But the only people I heard that from are people who haven't gotten theirs peirced, I started coming on here and talking to friends that have theirs peirced and they all reassured me that it is pretty much painless.
