Decided to get a guiche because I thought it would look cool and the placement was supposed to be pretty sensual. Heard it can be a troublesome piercing for some guys, but thought I could get the job done with attentive care. The more I thought about it (like most piercings) the more I wanted it, so I eagerly awaited the next opportunity I would have to visit my piercer. I live in the Midwest but work during the summer on the West coast and that's where I get pierced (Oregon).

I walked into my piercer's shop and expressed interest in a guiche.

Well I gave my wife a gift certificate to have her nipples pierced. We went to the shop "Emporium of Design" last Saturday to have them done. I got to watch her get them pierced. She in turn wanted to watch me getting pierced. We settled on a 10 ga ring on the front of my scrotum where it would touch my new Frenum piercing done on Nov 9th.It was quite a thrill to have my wife watching as the female piercer did the task.

I was fortunate to get my guiche from Fakir Mustafa at one of his piercing intensive workshops, as a volunteer. It's been six weeks, and I am generally a slow healer, but it seems to be healed already, or almost healed. I have a little occasional itchiness, not even discomfort. I've always wanted a guiche, but heard horror stories about the healing time, and too that to be effective, it has to be placed correctly. Fakir I knew I could trust. The piercing itself was a great experience (but not for the bashful).

YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME !I just got back from getting my scrotum pierced. NO pain, No blood, No discomfort. I will say that I was really nervous about it but it was a breeze. It's a little unnerving to drop your pants and let a guy tug on your sac but he was very professional. My only issues are that he used his jewelry rather than the jewelry I purchased from Tribal ( He pierced me at 14G and inserted a s/s CBR ), but I understand his reasoning. And I would have liked the piercing a little lower on my sac. Oh Well, I'll just have to go back for another piercing.

I had my first guiche done about eight years ago. I kept it in for four years but it started to chafe me and I removed it. About a year-and-a-half ago I decided to have it redone. The piercer told me he could do it along the seam rather than across, which seems to be the more conventional way.So far this has worked out well, even on sweaty summer days I have little or no chafing. I originally had a curved barbell and decided to swap it out myself for the circular one I had in the original piercing. This was not easy to do.

I had a PA and Frenum ladder, but reading about a scrotum ladder here on tribe, I decided that was something I wanted to try. I do not like going through the stretching pain, so decided to go with the largest gauge I felt I would want to stay with. I liked the look of a 6 gauge CBR ladder. I also decided I wanted to try ten or possibly twelve. After discussing it with a professional piercer, I was told not to go with more than three to five max at any one time. I went with five at each sitting. Hardly felt a thing. No bleeding initially, and only a little spotting over the next two days.

Got a guiche on June 21, 06.THAT one is taking a bit longer to heal.... but it is great!

I just recently got into the piercing thing. I guess it's my mid-life crisis. I started with a PA 2 or 3 months ago. Started at 14ga and am now wearing an 8ga. Had another great idea, saw a picture of a double scrotal and just had to have one. Went back to my piercer Kenny at Love-n-Hate in Lewisville, Texas and showed him a picture of what I wanted. I had asked for a 12ga and a 10ga but Kenny didn't have a 12 ga CBR in the right diameter so I went with a 10ga on the bottom and just above it a 14ga. I gotta tell ya, this was the BEST!

There isn't much on guiches, but I have had mine for maybe 10 yrs or so. I had mine done professionally, and didn't do it in the doggy position. The piercer had me sit on the edge of the table, legs wide apart, and did it like that. It bled a bit after, but not more than I could handle. healing took a fair time, as in about 6 months. I have since stretched it up to 0g in the past. Actually it stretched all by itself. I also pierced my scrotum ten times between then and now, but have retired the scrotals.
