I got my PA done a couple weeks ago, actually be 3 weeks this coming tuesday. I started with a ring, the ring got aggrivating, switched a bar. My piercing is a 10 GA at the moment. Can anyone tell me how long I should wait before I start stretching it, how I stretch it, maybe help show me which jewelry to get and avoid, and which is best for sex, ring or bar? Some please help.

well yesterday i took the plung..i have researched it for about 10 days...but have always admired them -- but being the conservative business man, never really considered getting one...i also thought about "what will it be like in 30 years" . With life having so many crazy responsibilities to it, work being a grind, i figured it was time to give myself something special. I read many of these expereinces and asked some folks who have them what they recommended and who they recommended.

20 years old and i broke my piercing virginity. i went to the icon tattoo/piercing shop in murfreesboro, TN (they have a second loc in nashville). my piercer was named seth, i recommend him. i went to the place at around 6:30 as a walk in, and i called ahead, but he got busy like right after i called so i had to wait until like 8:30 or so, and i was out by 9. no big though, got to watch vandy beat auburn.

As a follow-up on my other experience, this one is somewhat sad.

I made the move yesterday. Went to Skibo's tattoo shop in Fort Collins Colorado and scheduled the start for my tattoo and scheduled the appointment to have my PA done. They will do the outline on the tat on Monday and I am getting my PA on the following Thursday.. So after the PA is done I will post more here. got my pa about 2 years ago, started as a 10g and now up to a 4g. have always had a cbr but have seen pictures of a padlock and thuoght that was awesome. ordered a 6g wildcat padlock from tribalectic. it arrived 2 days ago. took out the cbr yesterday and put the padlock in. what a look and feel, only wish i had gone bigger. questions can be sent to rookie1@tribalectic.com

First of all, this was my third piercing. First 2 were my nipples, which I have stretched to 4 gauge. I wanted something else, and without going facial. A few options: More on the nipples? No. I didn’t want my nipples to seem like pin cushions. Navel?

After longing for a PA piercing for years and reading all of the experiences in this forum over the past few months, I finally got the piercing done yesterday. Just a couple of seconds of pain and it was done. I was very surprised how quick the whole process was. The piercer put me at ease and explained the entire process and how to take care of the piercing until it heals. Just a little blood and there was a burning sensation when I had to urinate. There is just a little soreness today and that's it.

First of all This guy at ink addiction is awesome. My buddy and I made a bet that if I got my PA that he would have to do it. So I showed at noon today and was greeted very nicely . I had already researched all about PAs on line but had a few more questions to get answered. He had all the answers. I was reading that PAs bleed for 2 days . but mine hasn't bleed at all and doesn't even hurt. He says with the technique he does there is usually no bleeding. It really didn't hurt much at all . A slight pinch and it was over. My nipples and tongue were much more painful especially the nipples.

The guy who did my PA put the piercing in the wrong place - but because it was my first, I didn't realise it till far too late. Right from the start, I said I wanted to move up to an 0gauge ring - where he put the piercing, there was no way that was possible - as the thickness of the rings increases, the hole moves further forward and stretches the skin in FRONT of the piercing, rather than the skin behind it.
