I'm new here! I've been stalking this forum for a few weeks in anticipation of getting my own piercings. My husband asked if I'd get the girl's pierced and got me slightly addicted to looking at this forum and other pictures and videos of nipple piercings.
He was away with the military for our 10th anniversary so I thought it would be a good time to get it done as a surprise for him.
I'm super shy and conservative. I wasn't sure I wanted someone seeing me topless. I Facebook messaged a lot of local shops asking if they had a female piercer and what the privacy was like.
Hey there everyone! I am new to this site but I decided to join because I really need advice on nipple piercings. I want to get them soooo bad!! I think they are so sexy! I'm not concerned about the pain because it only lasts for a few seconds. My concern is healing the piercings. If I were to get them I'd definitely get them at the same time, but I've had a really hard time healing all of my other piercings. My nostril piercing took about 7 to 9 months to heal.
After a VERY long time coming, I decided I would get myself a little gift. I couldn't begin to imagine how AMAZING they would make me feel! I wen't in to the studio where a friend of mine works, I figured I'd be more comfortable with someone I know, so after going through the usual signing of papers and whatnot, I took my shirt off and got very excited, as I was FINALLY going to have my beautiful nipple rings! ☺
Personally, I'd say it was a HUGE amount of pain, but thats me. My friend said I took it well, but I screamed like I was either having an orgasm, or being shot.
For the record, I have tattoos but these are my first piercings. I had originally intended on getting my nipples and HCH all in the same sitting. I guess I had lost my mind. But the other piercer at the shop that does genital piercings wasn't available. Any way, the girl that did my nipples was very nice. She was calm. Explained healing time and care to me thoroughly. I was all fine when the clamps went on but as soon as she got the needle coming out the other side on my right side, WOAH! That hurt more then I expected.
I am a 45 year old female. I have been toying with the idea of getting my nipples pierced for a long time. I also chickened out and wouldn't do it. Today, I finally decided to do it. I went to breakfast (got some sugar food as has been suggested here). Then I went to an opera. Then I just went and did it. I walked into Heat Street (Florence, SC), and Carl asked me what I wanted done. I told him I wanted to get my nipples pierced. He was awesome! He explained everything about aftercare. He showed me all of the sterile materials. He took his time marking.
Okay, so I'm going to be blatantly honest. I hated my boobs. This is embarrassing to say, but it's because the area around my nipples is puffy and sticks out further than the rest of my boob. I was considering getting plastic surgery, but I'm only 19... I heard on here that piercing your nipples can change how they look, and I had hope that it would make them look more normal. So, after a week of begging people to go with me, my best friend took me. I was totally shy when I got there, but after I sat down, the piercer made me feel very comfortable by talking to me.
I recently got my nipples pierced, both done I the same day and I love them! Only I'm a little bit worried, the left one seems very swollen and there is an imprint of the barbell and it's sore to touch.. Whereas the the right, to me, doesn't seem like it's pierced deep enough, it kinda sits away from my boob? It's pierced directly under the nipple on one side and far away from it on the other? I'm really afraid that if there's not enough skin to hold it it will start to reject? Anybody have any advice? Has anyone else experienced this or am I just over reacting haha?
After years of fantasizing about getting my nipples pierced, I finally worked up enough courage to get them done on March 11, 2015.
I don't know why I was so nervous about getting them done, I think it was all the horror stories I had read about it being so painful. This really shouldn't have mattered to me considering I have several other piercings in sensitive areas.
Well, here is the scoop.....
I went to see my piercer who is absolutely awesome in my opinion. She has done all of my current piercings except for one I got many years ago.
I have never really loved my nipples as they lay flat and are slightly inverted. I started researching nipple piercings and reading all of the experiences on here and other places I found that these piercings give people confidence in that area, especially with those problems. I decided "why not?? If I don't like them I can always take them out" (which is my mentality with every piercing I get). I drove to the tattoo parlor and they got everything ready. I chose the place I did because of the reviews they had online (ALL either 4/5 or 5/5!) and the piercer was a lady!
I have wanted to do this for soooo many years!
Ive had many piercings, mainly in my face (tounge, nose, lip, eyebrow) but I took them all out few years ago since my choice of career makes it difficult for me to have them.
...but, I figured if I didn´t do this now (after one baby and recently divorced) I would probably never do it.
It hurt as hell, the first one was so painfull my face turned green But i decided to do both and after having some Coca Cola and the sugar in my system the second one was much easier! The pain was worth it!
