A year and a half ago, I went to a piercer. Prior to that it was the awful gun piercings. My first piercing by a professional was my navel. I was so happy with the results, I went back to have my ROOK pierced. Took me a while to get up the nerve for it. I finally went last Friday night and got it done. I was stalling, due to expecting lots of pain. I got to the shop and was surprised by a different piercer being there.... however, this was the most painless experience of any of my piercings.
I had my rook pierced 5 days ago. I was in vacation in California for three weeks and I wanted to go back to France with a nice piercing..I ve always wanted my tongue pierced but I thought getting one uncommon on my ear first was the best. So I talked to one of my friend who has a lot of piercings, and I thought that the rook was pretty cool and it s a very uncommon piercing in france. She actually told me that it hurts really really bad and way more than her lip piercing. So I was kind of scared but I have 6 ear piercing and one on the cartilage so I thought i could handle the pain.
Just got it done about 10 min ago. It's Deadly. doesn't hurt in the slightest. quick and easy.
Hello to all. I just git my rook done earlier today. I would have posted sooner but I had to go to school. I got it done at alex's tattoos in roanoke virginia. this is a new piercing place for me to go to sense I normally go to skin thrills to get all my piercings done. They reason i went to alexs is because my piercer was being picky about piercing me sense i have small keloids on my daiths. My new piercers saw them and asked what I have tryed on them. I told them everything i have used on them. They said my ears might be irrated by the kind of jewelry that was in.
I was 14 when I got my rook done. I originally went to the piercing place to get my tragus, but the piercer would not do it because she would prefer if i was over 16 because of drainage...So since we were already there I saw that the piercer had her rook pierced, and I thought it looked awesome!
Saturday,March 26, 2005Mutiny Tattoo and PiercingToday I got my rook pierced by Andre at Mutiny in Bellingham washington. (By the way... he was really hott, and nice too oh yes can't forget that) So I (with mostly my sisters help) convinced my mom to let me get it done. So we went there and he had me relax. And all that jazz. He had me pick out a bead for my ring and he set up. I was very relaxed and calm, and he just did it. I tensed up a little but it doesn't really hurt at all. So if you want to get this piercing, go for it. It is so cute but a little sore.
I have many... many piercings well over 30 in fact, the rook was the most painful. the sound was worse than the industrial or the tragus or the daith but i think it looks the coolest
Went with my friend Morgan back to 23rd Street Body Piercing. She went to get her nose pierced, and I wanted another ear piercing on my left ear to balance out the tragus on my right. I guess I like things to be even. Lol. So, watched her eyes water from getting hers done, and I hadn't done just a whole lot of research on the rook piercing, so I didn't know what to expect with mine.I sat on the table watching him change gloves, get out new needle, blah blah blah, he marked my ear with a toothpick and purple ink like all the other times, and I liked where it was.
