Hey guys. I could use some help with my PA. Here is what is going on: I got my PA just over 3 weeks ago and I have been doing the salt water soaks. It has definitely gotten better, but it is still tender. I had a CBR put in. Yesterday and today, the underside of my glans is a little more sore and there is a tiny patch that looks swollen. It does not appear to be an infection, but I'm using triple antibiotic salve on it just in case. My main question is, can I change hardware at just over 3 weeks? I'm thinking the curved barbell will move less and therefore be less irritated.
So, after thinking about it for nearly ten years, I've went to the piercer a good week ago and finally got my PA piercing.
All the reading on the internet actually smoothed it down to being just a small pinch, but without having an idea about it and just thinking about it all the time, I never gathered the trust at all to do it.
Until now. Luckily, damn, it was indeed just a small pinch I hardly noticed. Take a breath in he said, and then he was done with it.
More annoying was the way he put the piercing in the first time.
After reading the experiences at this site, I knew this was the piercing that I wanted.
Finding the place to get it done was kind of difficult. I think not many people gets this kind of piercing in Ecuador, so there was not much information available on the Internet. Finally I found a video report from a known TV program about genital piercing and the place where to go.
Well I finally am back on line. I'd forgot about the membership to the site and being that I am a natural "freak" you guys and girls can only imagine what's been going on.
Having said that, I am FINALLY at 2 Gauge, and honestly I just slipped in a 0 gauge Curved Barbell and feels........... AMAZING!!
I've included a more recent pic of the 2 gauge and will update the pics one I "settle down" with the 0 gauge.
I got my PA piercing 3 weeks ago and looking back I should have done more research in terms of gauge of the piercing, as I got pierced with a 14g cbr, while I would have probably more enjoyed a bigger size ring (might happen in the future through stretching).
The process itself was pretty easy for me, not much pain and very little bleeding. So far it has been healing with little problems, but looking at it know it seems to be a big red area around it even though there is nothing deep red besides the piercing.
Last week I got my nipples pierced and it opened me up to more. So, today, I got a PA. Love it so far! Minimal bleeding, less pain than nipple piercings. It was more uncomfortable have the piercing tube inserted than the pain of the actual piercing. I'm looking forward to increasing the girth and weight of the rings!
