So on Wednesday night I was in the shower and decided to shave off all my pubes with the intention of getting 2 lorum piercings on Friday (today). However after the shower I was searching the internet a bit and then just stumbled on PAs. In the past I never really wanted to get a PA, I really wanted an Apadravya however being uncircumcised and having a twisted* dick is kinda seemed impractical.
Anyway after surfing the web and looking to at other people's experience I decided to get a PA. My biggest concern was being uncircumcised but the main pic on the wikipedia page is uncirc'd so yeh.
Okay, so I'll try posting again! I'll also try and be as witty and funny as my original! (doubtful)
Anyway, it seems the about 99 percent of you guys are having an amazing healing time! I, however; have been set back a few days. Days 1 and 2 were great, only a few drops of blood.
Days 3/4 were…not agony, but…like a pebble in your shoe—annoying enough to make you rethink what you've done! Enough to go back to the piercer! Thankfully, I did discover why I was having such a rough time of it.
Like so many I considered getting a Prince Albert for a few months before going through.
This website has helped greatly with my many questions and worries. Even where to have it done was answered here. The discomfort of the piercing was not the concern as expected. What did worry me was the great deal of blood on the way home.
After a few days the bleeding subsided and now it is well on the way to being fully healed. I just can't wait to try it out in all ways and get some more comfortable jewellery in.
I've been experiencing some discomfort and stinging over the last few days. I went to see my piercer and he recommended replacing my ring with a larger circumference so we did. It feels better instantaneously. I can't wait to get an erection now! I wanted to move to an 8G, but he was out and didn't recommend stretching it for a few more weeks. He's the expert, gave me my new ring for free and I decided to have both my nipples redone! (Which hurt way more than the PA did, and WAY more than I remembered from the last time!)
Happy piercing everyone.
All right, so I put my experience going in to get my PA earlier last week. I'm on Day 7 now. The first 2 days were fine…then day 3 and 4 got a bit rough! why? well, something you might want to keep an eye on!
so I 'embiggened' the picture and drew a diagram. I had gone back to my piercer…all is good…I'm just a little behind on healing because of what I call a skin tag. When pierced, there is a little bit of skin around the piercing that normally just dries up and falls off or is re-absorbed into your body.
That is, unless it gets stuck to the jewelry and pulls! OUCH!
I haven't had any tenderness since the two week mark. I decided today to get a larger gauge as well as a larger diameter CBR today. I found out that my piercer doesn't charge for jewelry changes, if you buy the jewelry there. So, I decided to let her do it.
My 10G had been what I consider loose for over a week. It moved very easily on its own and pain free during this time. So, I figured I would take the next step. With the taper in at 8G, I felt what I can only describe as snugness. There was no pain. I had it done about an hour ago. There is really no discomfort at this point.
It is coming up to 6 months now since I got my PA, so I thought it called for an update.
It has been sooo awesome having a PA, best decision ever, and half a year later, I don't regret it one bit.
The healing was easy, and since then it has been fun stretching up and trying different sorts of jewellwry.
I am now at 2G, having started off at 6G. When I first got the piercing I didn't ever think I'd be so close to 0G. Infact I was quite keen to stay at 6G, but how that all changed. Loving the chunkyness, and weight of the ring.
As many of you, I've batted the idea around for years of getting a PA. I'll do it... no I won't... I'll do it.... Why would I want to hurt my poor dick.
Well.... At 28 years old, after talking to a few guys that have them and reading tons and tons of experiences here, I made the call. I went to Infinite Body Piercing in Philly on Friday, 11/28. I was messaging a friend on the way who kept me stoked and confident. So I pass the shop, park my car, and walk to the door. I always had the impression that tattoo and piercing places were dark holes in the wall. I've learned differently!
