I got my PA a couple weeks ago from a very reputable piercer who is known for his gentle technique. I was pierced at an 8g and immediately stretched with a 6g titanium ring. Receiving tube felt weird, but was more uncomfortable than painful. The actual piercing part did hurt (I shouted) but was over quickly; i would rank it below most of my other piercings actually. Definitely no worse than a trip to the dentist's office. (And a lot more fun than a root canal!
)
The first week of healing was rough. Peeing stung a bit but wasn't bad at all, relieving actually.
Hey Guys,
I recently got a PA done on Saturday Nov 10/12 at a local piercing studio. I decided to get a 8g curved barbell as jewelry. The piercer was very gentle in inserting the receiving tube, no pain at all. As for the needle, it was a pretty intense pain that lasted for about 30 seconds until she put the jewelry in place. I didn't bleed that much during the piercing, but was wrapped up in gauze and a condom to soak up the blood and prevent staining. The piercing was pretty painful the first day, whenever I moved a bled. I had to change a few bloody condoms within the first 24hrs.
Finally last Friday November 16th got my PA done.
It is a 8ga 5/8 CBR
Piercing was made at 10ga and then an 8ga CBR was inserted!
It looks and feels great just after 4 days healing.
The experience went just fine surprisingly less pain than any I might have expected.
I got my PA, starting with an 8g curved barbell, at the end of July, about 3-1/2 months ago. The procedure itself went well and I healed very quickly. Two months later I stretched to a 6g replacing the curved barbell with a circular barbell. For me, the stretch procedure, which was also without any complication, was more uncomfortable than the original piercing. I have read many times how the stretch to a 4g is very, um, "memorable", for most (read: very uncomfortable) so I'll be holding off that for a while.
I got my PA less than a year ago. I had done my nipples, but they were problematic. I got the PA and it has been a breeze. I always thought it would hurt, decrease sensitivity, etc, but it's fun. It doesn't hurt much to get - I've had flu shots or blood drawn that hurt more. They say its' a 3 on a 1 to 10 pain scale, and I'd say that's right. Nipples are a 7 (and I'd say even higher for me).
The hardest part of a PA was the first couple of weeks. Just as when you injure your finger let's say, it's tender. Your penis is too.
Well got my PA yesterday and it was suprisingly worse than exspected. I dont know if this is due to deciding to start of with 8ga or not though.
So as usual its starts of me getting to the piercer great expirience wonderful nice professional and all. The NRT was terribly bad but was most deff. uncomftorable the whole time. As for the piercing itself I thought was a lot worse. This was either due to me building up the piercing not going to hurt so bad and the recieving tube being worse or possibly the choice of getting pierced with a 8ga.
Thanks to everyone who has posted their experience on this site! After reading nearly all of them, I was both excited and nervous to get my PA. Long story short, I had a couple drinks, went into the local shop, and laid back on the table.
The piercer was friendly and went about his business... He put in the receiving tube which was uncomfortable, but not terrible, and while I was asking a question, he said "you're done". Seriously?
Love my PA but hate sitting down to pee in public restrooms and if I don't piss gets all over the place. I found these magnetic balls from hell, just google the last 4 words to find them. What I discovered is that it fits great into the org hole and when held in place by the non-magetic nut it seals the PA hole 99.99% and the nut rotates around as needed for daily use. I have used it many time now and can say it works. Don't leave it in over night. Also avoid using two magetics together it's very hard to get them apart.
It’s been a week today since I had my penis pierced.
Been thinking about a P.A. for a while now.
Last Thursday I made an appointment at the piercing experience in downtown Atlanta. Christina was to be my piercer and I was to arrive at the piercing studio around 6 that evening.
Arrived at the studio just a bit late due to some rush hour traffic. Walked inside the place and felt extremely relaxed and welcomed by the man behind the counter.
My best friend and I wanted to get a piercing done. He wanted his tongue and I wanted a PA. I saw his tongue get done and when it was my turn, he walked out. He didn't want to see it done. Hey buddy...I thought best-friends do things together like get tattoos and get drunk. Anyways. I laid down and the piercer told me the consequences. I understood as I knew what I was getting myself into. I wasn't scared either but I knew a very sharp pain was coming up.
When he pierced it, it was painful but I held onto pain.
