It's coming up to the second anniversary of my PA soon, so it seemed like a good time to write a little about my journey.
I don't remember the specific trigger for wanting a PA. I think I read something somewhere that mentioned it, and, realising that I didn't actually know how a PA "worked", I Googled it. Initially, I was shocked, especially by the first few photos I found, and in all honesty, not really interested in getting one myself. But then as I kept looking, I found many more attractive examples, and began to be intrigued.
Well, after years (literally!) Of thinking about it, I finally got a PA done. Had a few drinks (probably not advised, but it was the only way I would go through with it) and popped into a shop when I was on holiday in France. He did it with a 14g which was quite uncomfortable as it cut into me. Had a 10g put when I got home and today slipped in a 8g no problem. Got a 6g BCR ready to go in in a couple of weeks.
I've been at 4G for several months. Wearing a CBR lately. Everytime I upgrade in size I think, ok, this is big enough. But the longer I wear it I start thinking, well this really isn't that big... then begin fantasizing about my next upgrade. Just look at my picture. That 4G jewelry really doesn't look large at all. Is this some kind of phenomenon? I guess I will aim for 2G after all.
First of all I didn't want to bother you with another question about placement etc,,,but I finally decided to ask your knowledge just to be sure and stop worrying about my PA
I got it on the second week of May this year (can check the exact date if needed), it bled like only a tiny bit on the first 2 days or even less, so it stopped quite fast I was given a 1,6mm hole, with which I happened to try a cathether :/ which was like atleast 8mm wide,,,so in the evening I got worried about the PA maybe giving me the cheese gutter effect and got rid of the catheter
But I tried 2mm
Hey, everyone. As the title suggests, this was my first piercing. I got it done at Comes A Time Tattoo in Fairfax, VA. They did an amazing job and responded to my concerns for placement, stretching, etc. I discovered them thanks to a suggestion I read here about checking for any local members of the Association of Professional Piercers.
I got pierced with a 12 gauge and had a 10g bent barbell inserted. I was super stoked when it was done and after some 30 odd days I can say that it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.
I recently got my PA done at a tattoo and piercing studio in Berlin by a friendly guy "Mike"
He didn't speak much of English so my german friend translated the conversation for us.
He said I could "use" after 10 days. Now it's my day 10 but still unsure whether i should play with it or just leave it for two weeks as my own plan.
Its at 2mm and 19mm diameter on 21st July 2016... as my birthday present
I have read posts and articles a lot of this website... very helpful and encouraging.
I have planned to stretch .... Mike suggested me to go slowly with 2.5mm in 2-3 months.
after taking out my previous Prince albert a few months ago, i went to another piercer and got another piercing. It seems the placement is quite good this time, but......the ring looks way too small!
I can't clearly tell at the moment, since it's still fresh and i don't want to fiddle with it too much, but it seems no larger than 3/8" - 7/16" internal diameter!
Is that too small? Do you think i should just take it out (again), or that i can replace it with a wider ring within the week?
Is it so hard to find somebody able to make it right.... sigh
Finally got a P.A. done. I will save the why for another post, but it is rather interesting. I had been thinking about this for a number of years and trying to feel my wife out as to where she stands with it. I did manage to convince her about 2 years ago to try a frenum piercing, which worked out fantastic but not much in the stimulation and pleasure department for either of us. After much prodding here and there for another couple of years now that she is comfortable with the frenum my wife finally agreed to a PA, after she read an article that she ran across.
