After months of fretting over the pain i may have suffered getting a Translobal, i decided to face the fear and just go for it! And im glad i did!...I just randomly decided to go for it one day because my bus stops right outside the piercing shop so i thought lets go for it!
i had this piercing done about a year and a half ago i remember the exoerience to the very point thisis not a normal transverse lobe but a vertical transverse lobe as my piercer called it he told me he had never done this type of peircing before but nonetheless he did a great job i was very anxious to get this piercing and it was worth it heres the story i go to my local piercing shop where ive had my first piercing done my eyebrow i talked to the piercer about the piercing he said sure i can do that but it will be a long slow process and to be patient well he cleaned the area up and took the
I went and got this done last night. I thouhgt it hurt much more then my tragus did. But it was more of a prolonged pain as they pushed the needle though. It was the first time the piercer had done this piercing so my right ear isn't perfect but thats ok. My left ear is good except that if i pick the blood clot off my ears starts bleeding pretty bad. but i don't really notice that they are there. Definitly a nice piercing though if you can take a little pain.
I had my transverse Lobe done last night. It hurt less than one of my straight through lobes. I can barely even feel it now. I think it is an awesome piercing. It didn't hurt at all and it is an awesome piercing. If you are thinking about it get it done. It rocks a lot.
Two weeks ago i went w/ some frends of mine to go get peirced and i decided to get transverse lobes done. Lemme get it out of the way, it hurt, a lot, more than my nipples or cartilege. however, within a half hour i forgot that they were there. I was able to sleep w/o any problems that night. i definetly suggest you get this done if you are thinking about it.
Yesterday I went to a local piercing shop to get myself some new jewelry for my orbital. However while there I decided that I might as well get my next piercing, a transverse lobe. I got all mentally prepaired for this venture expecting quite a bit of pain. I sat down in the chair and had my orbital jewelry changed, and then the fun began. It took a while but my piercer (who is quite outstanding) finally was ready to put in my new hole. I could feel the needle passing through my ear, it was a great feeling...I could actually feel it at differnt parts of my lobe.
