I had planned on my upcoming bridge piercing being my first not hidden by my clothes, but some trouble in scheduling my eye exam set that back a while. So while I was out and about, I passed by the shop that does my piercings. I got the thought in my head that while I'm waiting on glasses, I could stop in and get my lobes done first.
I didn't want anything too big, just looking for 10g to 8g so I could wear some nice CBR's or CBB's. When I went in to ask about it, plugs got brought up, and I decided to run with them on the spot.
I pierced my left ear my self long time a go. I had a very tiny diamond that i used to wear. I saw the guy who did my tatts with a 4 ga ring on his and i loved it so i went ahead and started stretching my ear lobe and today i got a zero Gauge stainless steel bullet inside helf by two of those rubber rings and i love it the way it came out
Decided I was tired of being a wimp with my tiny gold wire circles. I'm now wearing more properly-sized 8mm "faux tunnels" and, outside of work, large [black or gold] huggie earrings.
I haven't gauged yet. I can still take them out and pretend I'm "normal." Despite my wife's and other's ridicule, having started on this piercing adventure [which has included a PA and nipple rings], I can't turn back, no matter what she or anyone else says.
Let freedom [ear]ring[s]!
I have had a PA and nipple rings for nearly a year but it has taken me until now to go visible with piercings. I have had simple hoops placed in my ears but, believe me, the visible piercings will cause consternation in my very conservative workplace. I am, however, at a point in my life when I've decided, "F**K it, if they don't accept it."
My experience with stretchings in the lobe is not as wide but the little that has been on personal experience hehe, increase my lobe was not very hard all was a year ago when I decided them myself, I started with 14 g slowly using of a maguey thorn as they are known in Mexico was increased until finally I could put a taper from there on out was the work of several nights, now I have a slightly larger extent of 00 and even though I've been increasing get me thinking a little weight since I have a plug of jade that is too big!
i recently streached my ear to a 2mm and, though its not very big, i thought it was a tiny bit sore when i put it through but after that its fine and looks really cool im going to go to aabout a 10mm. i would definatly recomend streaching to anyone
I was living out in San Diego, CA and staying with a friend of mine. I wanted to have both ears pierced. He said that he can do it so I said lets go. Not knowing what to expect, he took one of his earrings and sharpened it a little so it would pierce the lobe good. As I said go, he took my ear and POP, once was in and then another POP, there went the other. No bleeding or anything. When I looked in the mirror, that's when I discovered he pierced them sideways and not straight. What a idiot. He them up. I tried to straighten them but no go so I left them.
Well, I first got my ear pierced when I was 16, I never really thought much about it, but My friend got His ear pierced, and It was like a dare. He told me that if he gave me an earring, that I would have to pierce my ear if I wanted to keep it. So, I went home, it was like the day before the last day of school my sophomore year, So I went Home, and ignorantly shoved the earring through my ear.
Okay so i started out at a needle size about an eighteen? I got 14s from a friend so i put those in. I waited about a week err two and stretched to an eleven? Then my mom found out and i put my fourteens back in. Then waited about a week and stretched to an eight. Talk about painful. Then after that i waited about two weeks and stretched to a six. None of this besides the fourtenn to an eight. during my six im very facinated with trying to look through my ear and i noticed white so i put a cotton swab through and it started bleeding. Dont know what that was all about.
I went yesterday and finally had both of my lobes done. Pierced them both with an 8 gauge and then did an immediate stretch to a 6g. Both were kinda painful but nothing super unbearable. The right was a more difficult pierce but the stretch and jewelry insertion went easier while the left was the exact opposite. My anatomy was just different enough in each ear to make the experience different for each one. I love them though!! Can't wait until April so I can get my next stretch!!
