I've been wanting a prince albert for a few years now and finally got the chance to get it done today, my first piercing. I went to Studio 28 Tattoos in New York City and was pierced by Saylor at 10g and immediately tapered to an 8g CBR. Didn't hurt badly at all; I'd equate it with stubbing your toe really hard. They were great and I would highly recommend them.
I can't wait to try this puppy out and am excited to have joined the tribe. For those who have one, how long did you wait to masterbate? When can I stretch up to a 6g? horseshoe?
Previously posted concern regarding urethral size. Appreciate wise feedback I received. Was pierced at 10 guage with immediate stretch to 8 guage. No bleeding at all. Within 3 weeks urethral ball was slipping inside. Changed from curved barbell to 6 guage circular barbell at 5 weeks without need for taper. I love the look and weight. Think I'll eventually stop at 2 guage. Thanks for building this community of knowledge and encouragement.
I had been on the fence about getting a PA for the last year. I've never had any piercings or tattoos so this decision was very important to me. On my 12th anniversary in Dec '16 I told my husband I really wanted to get a PA. He was completely supportive. So after pouring over experiences on this site and after reading about body and genital piercings in books I was still not completely sold. Then in mid March we got together with an old friend and he told us he got a PA about two years ago and loves his and highly recommends his piercer. After our conversation I was totally in.
Just got my PA a few hours ago, and I love it!!! But I am definitely not having a typical experience. Through all of my research and especially thanks to the experiences I've read here I thought I knew what to expect. First of all, I had (in my opinion) the BEST piercer. Seriously, do your research on this, you dont want just anyone messing around down there. Ashley at Blue Flame Tattoo on Peace Street in Raleigh, NC is truely amazing.
Finally decided to get my PA done yesterday evening after years of researching and putting it off! Overall it was a pretty intense experience. Pain of the actual piercing was a 3/10 and lasted a split second, while the discomfort from the receiving tube was about a 5/10. The worst part of the whole thing was probably the stretching, as my piercer used a 10g needle and stretched immediately to an 8g but my skin is apparently really tough. First piss was not a fun time, stung like a bitch. I've pissed a couple times after and they've been getting significantly more bearable.
I've always loved pierced nipples on women. I asked my then girlfriend what she thought of them and she said it was disgusting and she'd never even consider it. Well after being married for 16 years, she surprised me last week by saying that she'd get them done for me for being such a great husband. Hope you guys like them as much as I do!!
So after 6 years of wanting a rook piercing, I finally got one yesterday. For years I have read blogs, watched videos, and asked everyone I met with this piering what I could expect. I heard and read a lot of stories about how painful it was so the first time I attempted to have it done, I came away with a forward helix piercing instead because I believed it would hurt less. Yesterday when I got to the studio and was talking about my desire to have my rook pierced the piercer came out to speak with me. He informed me that since I already had a cartilage piercing I could expect the same thing.
4pm Saturday 25 March 2017 was my appointment for my first piercing ever. Not wanting it to be too easy, I was being pierced for a PA AND both my nipples! I had been so excited all week, but when I woke from a very broken sleep, Saturday morning had me in a nervous, excited state. The week before I had told my wife I was getting my d1ck pierced next week, but did not reveal the actual day. She let out a nervous giggle and said "it's your body".
After a long drawn out day, I headed out at 2pm, supposedly going off to work to do some "system testing".
For starters, I'm glad I did this. Always wanted one...put it off for years and years. Researched it thoroughly. I was really impressed with all the information I found on this website. There weren't any surprises...but I did get a little nervous. The piercing went great...she pierced me with an 8ga curved horseshoe barbell. Just a little blood at the actually piercing. Didn't think it was going to be a big deal until that evening at bedtime...when it bled and bled and bled. I didn't think it would EVER stop. Had to use a couple of my GF's pads because i was soaking through everything.
