Make them bigger! He said. So I acquiesced and decided to go on the stretching journey for my honey. Originally I had a set of gold hoops with a diamond in the middle (because I am a gold kind of girl), and besides, they matched the same style of ring I had for a horizontal hood piercing.
As I searched for a style of jewelry to stretch with, I wanted something light, to make healing easier. I wanted something not so metallic, I didn't want to set off warnings at the airport. The next qualifier was color, I wanted something sexy, something dark. So I chose black acrylic barbells.
Well..after months of borwsing the net and Tribalectic, I decided to get my VCH. Well I got it done Saturday after work..and it looks great. I went to Ms Naturals in Hagerstown MD and she was wonderful. "Ms Natural" is wonderful-(she did my belly button, and she gauged my ears a couple months ago.)she took her time, made sure I would be a good candidate for the piercing..and bam! it was over. I will say that it did hurt a bit..but only for like 3 seconds. My only other issue is that I have some bleeding..but other than that I love it
.
I finally decided to make the bold move and get my hood pierced! My husband and I had been talking about it for a while. So we finally decided to head on up to Kaleidoscope in Springfield Missouri, even though it's over an hour away it's totally worth it! Cleanest and best studio around! I was so nervous but I was relieved to see Liz was piercing that day!
Well here is my experience with my first body piercing (helluva first piercing huh?)
The Beginning...
I can't quite remember the first time I seen a genital piercing, but I knew that it was something that intrigued me. Now I was not quite ready to go and make the leap, and I actually thought it was really wierd and freaky to get in the first place. So I let it be and I went about my life.
About 2 years ago, I was going about my life as usual as a student at a university in Indiana, and I don't know where it came from, but I started getting curious about genital piercings.
48 year old whose wanted a PA since I first saw one on a bloke at the gym 15 years ago but always to afraid to break out and do something that might be a bit different. Big mistake. Went to the piercing studio in Toowoomba in April and made the appointment. The piercer talked for awhile about the process and the after care then took me into the room and told me to strip of the jeans and underwear. after carefully cleaning the glans she marked the spot and showed me that because of the way my penis is made that it would be slightly of centre.
I got my tragus done on my left ear about a year ago. The actual piercing didn't hurt at all, it felt like when you squish your face together (lol). While I was heading to the store, I kept on pinching it just to see how it would feel, because like always, I get a little nervous before a piercing. All and all a good experience, aftercare was a breeze, a little bit of swelling but nothing too too tolerable, just be careful not to hit it, after you do it once, you will always remember not to do it again.
So like most of my piercings, they are usually never planned. I may see it on someone and be like oh that would be cool to have on me! So about 5 hours ago, I was out with my best friend and I was like hmmmm... I think I want a piercing today. So we went to New Tribe Piercings and Tattoo shop in Toronto, showed my I.D paid my $45 and waited for Daryll to call me. I was use to him since he did my tragus before. He went over the aftercare instructions, cleaned my ear and marked it. Once me and Ida (best friend) ok'd the placement, I laid on my back, head to the right and took a deep breath.
**This is going to be long, but I want to be as detailed and possible.**
It's funny that it's finally my turn to write my own 'experience' story; after religiously reading all of YOUR stories over and over again. So, for the past 4 months i've been intensively researching all I needed to know on VCH piercing. I kept saying to myself, 'I'll get it on the last day of summer' (thinking it'd be the best time to get it when it was still relatively warm outside so I could wear a dress; but nearing to the end of swim-season so I would not be tempted) ..
Want to write my experience here because it was from readinll the support and stories here that made me decide to go for it and I did.
I had always wanted it done but its one of those things where you always imagine the very worst but in reality it is pretty painless and not a big ordeal at all so if like me you are thinking about it then " go for it"
I live in the UK and went to Dave Ross tattoo studio in Colchester.
The piercer " Sam " was brilliant and soon put me at ease.
A couple months ago I discovered a new kind of micro-dermal made by the company Biologix. These dermals are an industrial strength bio-plastic instead of metal. I'd always wanted to get some dermals, but I was very hesitant about having a piece of metal "permanently" under my skin since I tend to frequent the hospital.
A month ago I was heading down to NYC and had a friend try to find a good piercer who would order the dermals I wanted. He succeeded in finding a place, but the dermals didn't arrive on time. Well, I made another trip to NYC and this time they did have my dermals in.
